The Wings of Hope support the initiatives and efforts of remote communities in Peru to improve their living conditions through projects that meet their vital needs, notably access to drinking water.
Committed to supporting the most vulnerable through the development of bonds of trust and cooperation between the Quebec and Peruvian populations, and between team members and workers.
Show great respect for local communities, cultures and knowledge, by listening without judgment, supporting local initiative and valuing the contributions of people of all genders and ages.
Strengthen and encourage community autonomy and dignity by supporting project ownership and local organization. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to the needs and realities of each community.
Work agilely and rigorously to ensure that projects have maximum impact, while optimizing investments in time and money, avoiding bureaucracy and focusing efforts on implementing quality projects.
