Wings of Hope has been successively managed by Messrs. Noël Girard (deceased May 2000), Lionel Couture (deceased November 2013), Pierre Théroux, Mario Desjardins, Jean-François Taschereau and Claude Gagnon (deceased July 2017). Wings of Hope is currently managed by André Franche assisted by Annick Delestre.
