I had the great pleasure of visiting Peru and discovering this warm and resilient people. Like you, I was touched by the living conditions of these 7 million Peruvians who do not have access to safe drinking water, an aberration in the 21st century!
What motivates me to get involved in this cause is to see how much these people are taking in hand to improve their lot. They don’t just sit back and wait for money. Seeing these men, women and children working together to bring water to their remote communities is for me an example of solidarity and dignity.
